Located right in the heart of Mazatlan is the majestic Cathedral with beautiful architecture and unique details. This is a must see when your in Mazatlan – if only for a little bit.

Local divers perform the dangerous feat of diving from the highest point at the Sanchez Taboada esplanade into shallow waters (8.20 feet deep). They have to time their dives just perfect to gain a few extra inches of depth. Their show runs most of the day and into the night, where they will finish up the show diving into the water holding flaming torches. The divers do all this for free and make their living from the tips given by the spectators.
